Overview
Sinai's Hot and Bothered™ campaign is a powerful public awareness initiative designed to break the stigma around menopause and perimenopause. It shines a light on the often-overlooked challenges women face during these life stages, including hot flashes, mood swings, and other symptoms that can impact their daily lives. By encouraging open conversation, the campaign aims to normalize these experiences and empower women to discuss their menopause journeys without shame or fear. Using high-profile figures and media outreach, "Hot and Bothered" is raising awareness about the urgent need for better menopause care. The campaign's primary goal is to raise funds to establish a dedicated "Centre for Mature Women's Health" at Sinai Health, a vital step toward providing comprehensive care and support for mature women. Spearheaded by the Sinai Health Foundation, this initiative seeks to make a lasting impact on women's health, ensuring that women at all stages of life have access to the care they deserve.

Fall Campaign
Emails
A five-email series was created, each focusing on key aspects of the campaign. The emails educate readers about the inequities in mature women’s health, including menopause, and share a patient’s story.
They highlight Mount Sinai’s expertise and commitment, featuring Dr. Marie Christakis to showcase MSH’s world-class programs. Lastly, the series encourages donations, emphasizing that gifts will be matched up to $200K, doubling their impact.

The Hot and Bothered™ Fundraising Challenge was aimed to raise funds for women's health equity and shift the conversation around menopause. With activities ranging from cold plunges to social gatherings, participant involvement will create a significant impact.
As the Art Director, I created assets for social media posts, curated image resources, and designed custom treatments for each image to align with the different topics of the challenge. This content was tailored for platforms such as, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as Sinai's Fundraise landing page, to promote the message: It's time to raise awareness, funds, and the temperature. Your contributions will support Sinai Health in promoting women's health equity and transforming the narrative.
